What has been changed in the Make-A-Friend DESKTOP v1.1.1 update:
- nw.js has been updated for Windows and Linux builds. This should mitigate the dependency problems that earlier versions of the game had. Do not be afraid to contact me if this is not the case.
- OGG audio compression redone, reducing audio asset file size by approximately 8.02 MB.
- Optimized various graphics files, reducing graphic asset file size by approximately 722 KB.
- Added extra initial key controls.
- Corrected Intertitle Timing
- Disabled fast-forwarding on events. (Plugin by Tor Damian Design / Galenmereth.)
- Tiny script fixes. (The writing is unchanged.)
- Small art fixes for Dana in ending 3 and the boy in ending 5.
- Added a separate scream sound effect for ending 3 to prevent a possible sound error.
- Removed the ability to retrieve a phantom Meta from the top of the closet after failing the OIL (cat) step. Interacting with the chair will not suggest the solution if the OIL (cat) step was failed.
- Fixed everyone driving on the wrong side of the road.
